How much is your fee?

My fee for a 50-minute session is $200. I do offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance at this time. However, some insurance companies reimburse for out-of-network services. If yours does, I can provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement.

What can I expect in the first session?

In the first session we will review intake forms and consent, and leave room for you to ask any questions you might have. We will discuss your short- and long-term goals, and motivations for seeking therapy at this time. I will ask questions to get a general sense of who you are, your history, and some of the primary factors that have shaped your identity. As we begin the trust-building process, it is important for you to be the barometer of that trust and let me know what you are comfortable sharing.

Where is your office located?

My office is at 27 E Victoria St, Suite F, Santa Barbara, CA 93101 — in downtown Santa Barbara, just off State Street.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. In addition to in-person sessions in Santa Barbara, I offer secure telehealth sessions to adults and couples located anywhere in California.
